Before you create a building from a face or a mesh:
- modify a mesh in any way you like
- smooth it, if you like
- draw your building basis area on it or take any face/surface as it is

create a building in many ways
The mesh does not have to be flat and will be adapted with the creation of the building.
Define the height on terrain via BACKSPACE,
bottom / average / top (shown by preview, before you create the building).
Adjust the amount of floors via (shown by preview):
- direct input in vcb
- keys up/down
Adjust floor height via keys left/right
