With a selected fence - element (mouse-over is enough within the tool activated)
you can
- redefine desired parameters
- call the context menu
- redraw the selected fence
The redraw button will only appear with the exclusive selection of one fence element.
The fence will be re-created from the original start-end-positions.
Selection: the active tool detects a fence element automatically (mouse-over)
